Receptionist Samantha was extremely communicative in helping me better understand the process of how to resolve my water damage and scheduled me in promptly to do so. Due to a faucet leak in our upstairs bathroom, we needed water damage remediation. A friend who experienced a similar water leak advised against another national brand water damage remediation company due to their bad experience. We chose Resco as they are locally owned and family operated. Best decision ever. Especially in the midst of our 'crisis' mode. Luke, Joel, Aiden and Daniel were outstanding! They ended up coordinating the asbestos remediation subcontractor and provided a lead on Advance Forward Construction for the repair. All told, very pleased with the results.
